Whenever we have guests over for a cookout, they always ask me for my ketchup recipe. Here it is—5 ingredients, 5 minutes, and no fuss is all it takes.
These have been our favourite treat lately. If you don't freeze the mix, it makes a wonderfully refreshing and filling afternoon chiller, as well.
In my last post, I forgot to mention one really awesome breakfast and snack option: a shake. This is also fabulous for kids, especially if you--or they--have a hard time consuming some of the nutritious stuff on it's own--hide it in a fruit-and-creamy concoction, and it's kind of like that song from Mary Poppins: "A spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down..."
