Behind the Song
This song was sparked from an unusual source—a few weeks ago, I was listening to the Hard Fork podcast, when they were discussing the proposed space data centre project “Moonshot”. And it struck me that the word “moonshot” would be a great song hook. (Casey and Kevin, if you ever read this, bet you didn’t expect your podcast to inspire a boy band love song.)
